My goal is to make my clients look and feel beautiful❤️ ✨Booking policies✨ DEPOSITS: NON REFUNDABLE Deposits are required at the time of booking. You must send a 25$ deposit to cash app$ $wendi88 as soon as you book! If you do not send the deposit and just set the appointment, it will be marked as unpaid and will be deleted from that time you booked for. I’m only doing serious inquiries. ALL services include wash and blow-dry. If you decide to arrive pre-washed, your hair must be properly free of any dandruff, gel, edge control or leave-in conditoners. If you have a previous install/ponytail/style that requires stylist to remove please let me know when you are booking and not the day of. There is a fee for that service as well. Remember these are starting prices If you are unsure about how much your service will cost please speak to stylist before booking📌 For returning clients: If you’ve already purchased hair Extentions and had it installed previously please make sure when u remove your install at home wash it and dry it for appt. If hair has to be washed and dried at time of appt without any communication to stylist it will be a $25 fee added to service. COLOR & BUNDLE PURCHASE BOOKINGS: If you cancel and your bundles have already been colored for your appointment, you will be responsible for the cost of color and bundles. Bundles can be shipped to address you provide. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE TO SPEAK WITH STYLIST PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SALON DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. LATENESS: We understand that it can sometimes be traffic so we give a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appt. At 15-minute mark, a $25 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 30-minute mark and no communication to stylist your appointment will be canceled and no refund of deposit Last minute style changing will require an additional fee Please please please read‼️‼️ if your have kinky or tight waved bundles and you want them straightened and curled please let me know in advance and it will be a up charge of 45$ since it’s a double process Please do not book your appointment the same day if you did not speak to me in advanced‼️All appointments should be made for the next 24 hours upon booking squeeze in appointments will be a additional 25$ BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEANCE WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. .NO WAITING AREA, ON TIME ARRIVAL ONLY TEMPERATURES WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
